Founding year of POLIRESINE:
Production of polypropylene compounds.

1978

Founding year of TECNOPOL:
Distribution of thermoplastic resins in the north west of Italy.

1989

Sale of POLIRESINE and its POLIPLEN trademark to MONTELL.

1990

TECNOPOL starts the dry-blend business, relying on the know how
of over 15 years of POLIRESINE production.
A new corporate expansion policy starts, guided by a new generation management.

1995

The COMPOUNDING area is strengthened through the building of state of the art production facilities in Robassomero (TO), for the manufacturing of PP COMPOUND (8000 t of initial capacity).

1996

Distribution organization expands, reaching total coverage
of the Italian market with an efficient and vibrant trading network.

1998

TECNOPOL'S TRADING also sector reinforces its market positioning, signing new and important distribution contracts.

2000

TECNOPOL increases, almost doubling, its production capacity, reaching around 22000 t/year of PP and 4000 t/year of dry-blend PA, owing to investments in the automation of new and innovative production facilities.

2001

As well as meeting production growth goals (24000 t/year PP
and 5000 t/year PA), TECNOPOL confirms itself as a state of the art company, veering towards e-commerce for its products through
the EPLAST portal, where you can look up, order, and purchase
our products online.

2002

Great development of Tecnopol e-commerce
(more than 60% of the orders are handled online).

2003

Tecnopol celebrates its 25 years of business looking beyond national borders to grow in Europe, over various markets (Spain, Germany, Turkey, Greece and others.)
